Education
I graduated in April 2011 with a college degree in History Education. I continually expand upon my history degree and learn more and more. I am deeply devoted to History and love every aspect about it. If I don't know something and I will eagerly look it up to expand my knowledge. I have my teaching license to teach History and Geography.
Experience
I have no previous tutoring experience, aside from my younger sisters, and friends. I enjoy teaching and working with students who have a real need to get a better grasp of history and why it is important. Teachers don't really go into the why history is important and I would like to help students understand that. I have taught history in various forms for the Boy Scouts of America Merit Badges, American Heritage and Scouting Heritage. I mostly read history and love expanding upon my knowledge. I do have a teaching license in History and Geography. I also have a Civil War Union Officer uniform and gear which helps show how into History I am. I am an Eagle Scout and am still active in the Boy Scouts of America. I am currently an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 28, and have become a mentor to newer scouts.
